UPDATE WITH SOLUTION: (Thanks Few_Studio for the info) Anyone else notice this issue? I'm using S21+ G996U1 on latest September security patch. I never had this issue and tried clearing the app data for Google Play but it still happens. Even if I download an app/update that is only literally like 100kb it will download instantly (obviously) but then say 'installing' for like 15-30+ seconds on the Google Play Store. Galaxy Store still installs apps/updates within a second or two and is super fast like always which Google Play Store used to be similar but not anymore since around the August update. But I recently cleared a ton of storage and it's still happening. I thought maybe it was because my storage usage was a bit high (90GB/128GB). Sometime late August I started noticing slower install times.
